Shipping & Returns Policy
- Shipping orders are delivered in 5-7 days.
- A notification will be sent when your order is shipped.
- If you're in a hurry to receive your order, you can choose from products in our Express collection for express delivery or pick up and leave us a note in "Your Cart" page to notify us. This service costs 10 EGP.
- To speed up regular orders you can contact us on social media or Whatsapp +201141680669 and we will do our best to help you. Delivery time and fees will be determined case-by-case.
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), you can with the conditions set below:
- The cancellation period is 14 days from receiving the order.
- The item must be in the same condition delivered in, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- To request a return process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the request is accepted, we’ll send you a courier to collect the item.
N.B. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
We will process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 10 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return.
Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-9 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. Exchange orders will ship within 48 hours of the original item being received back.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
